10 steps to clearer skin

At some step in all of our stories, we want fresher, younger-looking, clearer skin. Well, it can be done without paying a lot of money, and it can happen easily! What you must do is continue, and over three weeks, your skin will begin to look fresher and more apparent. Here’s how;

Step- 1- Cleansing

Keeping your skin cleansed is your first priority! You need to clean your face morning and night with a gentle cleanser that not only clears the skin of grime and dirt but then treats it with an antibacterial ingredient like tea tree oil.

Step 2

After cleaning the skin, pat dry and then use a fine toning spray over the face to cooling and help close the pores while they are clean. Let this spray dry on the face.

Step 3

When the toner has dried, use a very little moisturizer over the whole face and neck. Find a moisturizer for problem skin types and includes antibacterial components like tea tree oil and vital lavender oil. These components are gentle but very effective at freeing the skin from blemishes and pimples.

Step 4

Taking the right amount of restful sleep your body needs nightly will reflect in the state of your skin. Seven hours is generally adequate. Not enough sleep will result in problems that are hard to cure, such as loose skin under the eyes and dark circles.

Step 5

The food you consume is of the most important for healthy, clear skin! Ensure you take a good amount of fresh fruits & vegetables and limit your red meat-eating to three or four times a week. The easily digested foods will help your system keep your skin nourished and promote fresh, new cell growth. Drink lots and lots of water too!

Step 6

Clean the skin on your body and face with a weekly scrub. When using a body scrub, begin at your feet and go towards the heart. This helps eliminate toxins. Performing it oppositely will drive the toxins back into your body. Use a very gentle, smooth facial scrub on your face and neck as those areas can be easily damaged.

Step 7

Try an Aspirin face mask! This mask has excellent results on those people with acne, pimples, and open pores. Crush about 14 aspirin tablets to a powder mix to a paste with a bit of water, less than 1 spoon, and then apply to a washed face. Leave for fifteen to twenty minutes to work its way into the skin, and then rinse off and apply a light moisturizer. Try this weekly, next to a face scrub.

Step 8

Once a month, use a home steam therapy to ultimately draw out dirt from the face. Add boiling water to a bowl or basin and add two to three drops of tea tree oil. Put your face over this with a towel covering and gently let the steam open and cleanse the pores. Do careful not to let the steam burn your face. End with a tepid face wash.

Step 9

Go out into the fresh air and get a walk, ride a bike, swim in the sea, and have fun! This exercise will boost your system, and your skin will love it. 

Step 10

Take a fish oil supplement every day. Cultures that eat much fish have clearer skin, and the fish oil helps eliminate toxins from the body, and by now, you know that is wonderful for your skin!
