Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)

With time, eyelids become stretched, and the muscles are helping them weaken. As a result, excess fat may assume above and below your eyelids, causing sagging eyebrows, droopy upper lids, and bags under your eyes. Blepharoplasty can change these signs of aging, providing a more youthful and bright look.
The incision is made along the fold of the upper eyelid, excess skin, tissue, and fat is plucked out, and then the incision is sealed.
On the lower lid, the incision is used just beneath the lashes in your eye’s normal crease or inside the lower lid. Excess fat, muscle, and drooping skin is removed or redistributed, and then the incision is sealed.
The procedure usually takes fewer than two hours, depending on the quantity and location of tissue removed.
The results are youthful and fresh-looking eyelids without bagginess and droopy eyelids.

Brow Lift

brow lift

A brow lift is also associated with a forehead lift. In this procedure, excess skin on the forehead is removed, and the repositioning of underlying muscles and tissue. It rejuvenated the face above the eyes, and the look is refreshed, which depicts a person’s natural vibrancies.

The sagging brow can be corrected, and deep furrows are eliminated by a brow lift by returning a smoother, more young contour to the upper one-third of the face.

Various techniques used for brow lift surgery include:

Endoscopic brow lifts– For an endoscopic brow lift, your cosmetic surgeon will make a range of tiny incisions (approximately ¾” in length) simply behind the hairline. Next, using a special tiny camera and thin instruments, he or she will reposition the tissues and lift underlying tissues of the forehead, excluding excess fat and tissue as required to create a naturally more young brow.

Short Incision Brow Lift- In temporary or limited incision, brow lift slightly longer incision than an endoscopic brow lift is taken. It is several commonly done in combination with eyelid surgery. Incisions around 1 inch long are made just above each temple, following the hairline. In this incision, the surgeon will reposition or raise the skin and tissue.

Classic- It was already the standard technique; but, it has come out of fashion. Well-qualified cosmetic surgeons and new approaches needed improvements with more minor invasive procedures are tolerable. It might be required to use this method in some instances. The incision in this method runs from ear to ear. Excess skin, fat, and tissue are extracted, and the leftover skin and brow tissues are repositioned into a more youthful look.

Brow lift surgery can be performed regularly, using general anesthesia or intravenous sedation with local anesthesia. The term of surgery depends on the kind of brow lift and whether or no other procedure is being done at the same time. Your cuts may be closed with sutures or staples, which are typically removed about one week after surgery.

Typically very little pain is felt by patients after a brow lift, but it is normal to feel slight discomfort and a feeling of tightness throughout the forehead. Inflammation and bruising are most common during the first ten days or so after surgery and are mostly resolved after about two weeks.

Face lift

A facelift is a cosmetic medical procedure in which unwanted wrinkles are removed by tightening the face’s skin; thereby, signs of aging are modified.

The procedure is completed under intravenous sedation or general anesthesia. It can be done as a solo procedure or done in combination with dermal fillers, laser resurfacing, wrinkle reduction, or facial implants.

There can be three options for the facelift procedure, depending upon the level of change required. They are a traditional facelift, short incision facelift, or a neck lift.

For a traditional facelift, the incision begins in the hairline at temples, goes around-ear, and ends in the lower scalp. The fat and underlying tissue are redistributed, whereas a lower layer of tissue and muscles are lifted. Skin is then hung over the uplifted contours, and excess skin is scraped away. Stitches or skin adhesives close the incisions.

When the incision is held at the temples and continued around-ear, and possibly within the lower eyelids or under the upper lip, it’s pronounced a limited incision facelift.

Neck Lift

Neck lift can fix problems like drooping jaws, free neck skin, and fat quantity under the chin. The cut in neck lift surgery begins in front of the ear lobe, and bandages around behind the ear finishing in the lower scalp.

You will see improvement of a facelift as swelling and bruising subside in 2 weeks’ time. After 3-4 weeks, your final outcome will be visible. The facelift surgery does not only restores a more youthful and rested appearance but also helps you feel more confident about yourself. Facelift results will be long-lasting.

Laser Skin Tightening

Facial skin tightening non-surgical- An array of narrow-focused microbeams of light are delivered, which creates columns of heat within the skin. Due to these beams of heat, the tissue becomes heated, leading to collagen shrinkage and tissue damage, which in turn incites fibroblasts to create new collagen and elastin tissue. As the new tissue is produced, it reduces sunspots, large pores, lines and wrinkles, acne scars providing a more young skin tone and texture.

The fractional ablative procedure with CO2 fractional laser gives various exciting effects.

Since the laser penetrates to a specific, controlled base, the procedure is very safe and predictable.

RF, Radiofrequency for facial rejuvenation

This is a non-surgical method used for face tightening. RF energy can penetrate deep into the skin and affect the deeper dermis and subcutaneous layers, causing tightening and improvements to facial rejuvenation’s underlying tissue structure.

Thread Lift

A thread lift is a safe, convenient, and less invasive way to tighten the skin around the cheeks, jawline, and neck. With the guidance of special threads, skin and facial tissue is kept in place after surgery. Thin lines are used to minimize any traces of surgery further. The effects of thread lifts are observable almost instantly and without the risk and bother of more intense methods.
