Below are the terms and conditions that AWISH Clinic trades upon and offers its services to its patients.
Would you please ensure that you have read and completely understood the terms and conditions before booking any treatment?

Appointments and Cancellations

All Skin experts, therapists at AWISH Clinic are trained and approved by the Clinic’s treatment rulesIf you are incapable of attending your appointment, please get in touch with us directly at+91-8287640479.

We will need to know that you want to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule or cancel before 24 hours will result in the loss of the treatment, and all discounted offers and your advance/deposit shall be liable to be abandoned by AWISH Clinic.

Please visit for your appointment at least 10-15 minutes in advance to complete the necessary paperwork. We will try to ensure that your appointment goes on time; but, should we need to postpone or cancel your appointment on short notice due to certain conditions, we will make all efforts to contact you in advance.

Information Collected

  • We may get the following information: Personal information of the User before-mentioned as, but not limited to, age, your name, gender; e-mail and contact information along with the message (to specify concern of query).

E-mail, SMS & Telephone Calls

  • From time to time, AWISH Clinic will contact you and give you information linked to your health reports, services you are currently availing of, and offers continuing in the Clinic. We will be sending SMSes and e-mails at the e-mail id(s), including contact mobile number(s) given by you. We will also be getting calls on the phone numbers provided by you. Using our services and giving us the above contact details on our “Contact us/Book Appointment” form at the time of enrollment, you have authorized us to contact you by any communication modes mentioned above. If you have given a wrong e-mail id or mobile / phone number for communication, Clinic will not be liable for the loss of information or privacy due to the message going to an unknown address.
  • We may utilize a third-party merchant to help us manage some of our e-mail and SMS conversations with you. While we may provide this merchant with e-mail addresses and mobile numbers of those we wish them to contact, your mobile number or e-mail address is never done for any purpose other than to correspond with you on our side. When you click on a link in an e-mail sent by us or on our Website, you may be momentarily redirected by one of the vendor’s servers (although this method will be invisible to you), which will disclose that you’ve clicked on that link, and become VIP our Application. The Clinic never shares any information, other than your e-mail address, with our third-party e-mail merchant, and others, in service, do not share these e-mail addresses with anyone else.

Call & IP Logs

  • We have standard call and recording logs that show data about all visitors and clients who call us and access our Application. We collect this information for providing services and as an investigation tool for our administration. All recordings and call logs are collected securely and may only be accessed by Clinic designees or employees on a need-to-know data for a specific purpose. The Clinic uses call log data to help provide our members the effective services under this membership.

Treatment and Course Plans

When Treatment or Course Plan is booked, it is made to understand that the client will complete the duration of the treatment plan. AWISH Clinic will not be taken responsible for patients changing their thoughts, and we will not give any refund on these plans except with extraordinary circumstances where the client is determined to be inappropriate due to health purposes.

These charges will not be used for patients scheduling an appointment from their existing value package of treatment.

Treatment suitability

We will continually assess whether treatment is suitable for you or will likely be successful before any treatment is conducted out. If not, we will notify you as to the reasons why. You will only be responsible for the cost of the first consultation, where suitable.

Liability

AWISH Clinic will not be responsible in agreement, tort, or unless for any financial loss (including loss of profit, without limitation) or any other special, indirect or significant loss or injury resulting out of, or in connection with, its terms of any services to the patients.

The patient’s liability is to assure that they provide AWISH Clinic with all relevant medical details before each procedure. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs due to the client’s failure to reveal such information.

The patient consents to comply with all guidance and support given to them by, or on behalf of, AWISH Clinic about the care of an operated area. Nothing in these terms of trade shall limit or exclude AWISH Clinic’s responsibility for death or any personal injury occurring from the patient’s neglect.

Your right to complain

AWISH Clinic’s efforts to treat all its patients properly, compassionately, and honestly. If, however, you have a problem with any matter about your treatment at AWISH Clinic, you are entitled to complain literally, by phone, or in the paper. If you need guidance with making your complaint, AWISH Clinic will be pleased to help.

During the investigation, AWISH Clinic may require you to visit an additional consultation with the practitioner involved in your treatment if this is considered relevant. If you are not happy with this first attempt at analysis or objection to doing seen by this practitioner, the Clinic’s Directors will review your case.

 

RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

AWISH Clinic does not entertain returns, refunds, and cancellations in any circumstances.
